2nd day of competition,

the wind was too strong today, we waited for around 5hours at the club then the organisers decided to call off the racing today. haha just some pics to show,

6 more days till i'm back woohooo!

nothing much happened for the past 2 days except we've been starting trng earlier and ending earlier too so thats great. its becoming warmer now in germany and hope that it lasts as well!. the wind has been light too haha. 2 nights ago we ate dinner at home and the night after we went to a mexican restaurant to eat, i had chicken wings and RIBS, it was quite good. tonight we went chinese place again and it was the same, not too bad.

got good news, jiao lian eveentually decided to give us a rest day the day after tomorrow provided we are done settling with registration and everything on the boat tmr. hope i can start shopping!.

will upload some pics, tomorrow is gonna be quite slack trng and the last trng b4 competition starts. GOODY!

day 4

hello everyone, day 4 today nothing much happened, everyting's been the same just some minor changes to tmro's sailing like leaving 1.45hr earlier to the sailing club and morning physical trng is earlier by 30mins. ooo sounds like its gonna be cold man hah dont worry its gonna be awesome experience.

day 3. nothing short of the same, cold and windy!

day 3 started off well as expected, we played rugby in about 13degrees and a light drizzle. then had breakfast and called the family plus qingqing!. we left for the sailing club at 12pm. went sailing from 1.15 till 4.45. i just found out that my drysuit has a hole today, so water could get into my suit haha. it was bloody cold, maybe i could rate it under as top 5 of my coldest moments. it was blowing today, quite windy and training was quite alright if not for the cold. dont worry guys i will wear more tmr and it should be warm and toasty!.

this procedure goes like this.
7.10am wake up
730am PT
8.15 breakfast
9am talk to family plus qing
11.15 get ready to leave house
12-5 sailing
630-8 dinner
8-9.30 free time
930- sleep.
i like this plan, how everything is arranged in the way i like it, then of course this is just training period, when competition starts from the 25-28 then my timing becomes tighter but i like challenges!. uploaded some pics for everyone to see. we went supermarket just now b4 dinner. my day has been good! just read a super sweet email from qing.

2nd day

hello everyone, i've just set this blog up for my family and the love ones to let them know how i'm doing when im overseas. germany has been the expected i guess! i'm doing fine here currently on the 2nd night in germany. as you all know, i'm pretty used to sailing and staying in germany. good food for dinner, nice sailing club with lots of stores selling sailing gear and great food but unhealthy for sailing haha!.

2nd day here in germany was good, had morning PT -physical training at 730am and it was 9-11degrees cold! it wasnt too bad, we played soccer, did really light running so i loved it. breakfast was average, i had sweet toast, frosties, breakfast juice, banana and eggs. we left for the sailing club at 10am and started preparing the brand new boat, took around 4hours and went out to sea around 3.45pm. Did a short sail session and came back at 5pm. reached home around 6pm which is 12am sin time. called the family and qing.

had dinner at chinese restaurant beside our house, cheap and good food!. haha it cost 10euro per person which is around 20 sin. will post some pictures up later, its currently 8.22pm and the family and qingqing is sleeping. i'm kinda tired now, got burnt while preparing the boat today, haha anw the wind is really cold here plus the sea water, so i will wear more tmr, it should be good! so dont worry u guys!.

oh ya qing btw, jiao lian ordered tudou beef, its like curry beef but when he said tudou i started laughing because we both know what tudou means right! haha. kk gtg now guys, have a good day in warm singapore when its bloody freezing here!.
