did nothing much today! played soccer for PT then breakfast, after that i went to havianas store
with the team, bought 30pairs!! omg haha so slipper happy now. if u guys want anymore back at home look at the pics and tell me your size okay! going for dinner now, tmr i will get the sailing equipment then we are gonna prepare the boat so i will get quite busy after tmomorrow alrdy! those at home pray for the winds to be lighter! goodnight everyone!

more updates from brazil!

the internet has been damn slow here, like crazyy slow man, so whenever i use skype to call home, its damn
laggy and i hope evryone isnt too irritating by that. ytd we did nothing but we had dinner at this posh italian place, it cost us 500US, haha the team managers were complaining i think.

this morning we went for a light jog, and the aftn we went to find havianas and i think we got one of the cheapest stores.
8sg a normal top pair and 15bucks for limited ed ones= family and qing!. tonight we are going to have dinner at 630pm, not sure where yet. just now in the aftn we went hiking on this mountain,it was damn cool, will upload pictures here!. internet is expensive here so i might not be using the net everyday. tmro we are going to another beach to check the surf out, should be good. then maybe some light swimming. the day after, we will be sailing alrdy so tmr is the last day of relaxing,

might get busier from tmr onwards, hope its all good at home!

in brazil now.

hello everyone back at home, i arrived in brazil this morning after spending around 30-34hours on transport,2/3 planes that i sat was delayed because of technical problems but that aside,im finally here and my luggage are all here as well so its pretty alright. i hope everyone is alright back at home, we sat in a bus today from the international airport to the domestic airport,it took around 30mins and i observed the environment in brazil, it looks very similar to malaysia i must say but its worse, everything here is very worn down and its a 3rd world country, so there's alot of poor people here and run down old buildings here. a new and enriching experience for me, cos the previous 3 youth worlds have been in countries like england,canada and denmark.

we just had dinner at the airport's hotel,the place where we'll be staying for tonight, fortunately enough we have internet here for the night, tomorrow we will take a 3hour drive to buzios (the sailing place) where hopefully there is internet so i can make contact with the family and my QingQing frequently!. the weather is not that bad, in the morning its 17 degrees so is the night, quite chilly but i am still quite used to germany weather so its not much of a problem for me. in the afternoon when we are sailing the temperature goes up to 22-25degrees,perfect for sailing i say, so i really hope i will make a good one this competition,also my very last year in youth worlds and its something ive spent the past 4 years training ultimately for.

alright i got to head in to sleep now, need a 9.5hour sleep to charge my body up and the next 3 days will be spend just walking around and chilling in the hotel.hope theres internet and will update soon. take care everyone.! tazzy boy boy as well heheh
